1 Ferry Street - Building 5

 
 

After Building 1 construction has begun we will be breaking ground on Building 5 approximately 4 months after. The build out will be similar in nature and there will be 32 residential units ranging from 800-1,800 sqft. The full build out and scope will include a rooftop pool, fitness center, juice bar, and function area for residents. This will take approximately 24 months to complete.

As this location is in an opportunity zone, we have paid special attention to our build out and taking into consideration the services that are lacking in the area and what would benefit residents of not only the association but also those who live in and around 1 Ferry Street. We are looking forward to completing this project and injecting new life into this mill complex.
